Our 16-yard dumpster rentals currently start at $325 for 1 day, $375 for 2 days, $400 for 3 days and $500 for 7 days. Each rental includes the first ton of disposal. Additional days are available for $30 per day, subject to availability.
Every rental includes the first 1 ton of disposal weight. If the dumpster weighs more than the included ton, additional disposal charges apply. Rates can vary depending on the disposal facility and service area, so any applicable charges are clearly explained before or on your final invoice.
RentAll offers one versatile 16-yard roll-off dumpster. It’s a great fit for home cleanouts, remodeling, roofing, rental-property cleanups and small-to-medium construction projects, while still fitting comfortably in most residential driveways.

No not necessarily if the placement instructions, access and any required approvals are clear in advance.
We take care when placing every dumpster and use driveway protection when site conditions allow. However, dumpster weight, existing cracks, soft pavement, steep grades or poor ground conditions can increase the risk of damage. The customer is responsible for choosing a safe placement area and ensuring the site can support the dumpster. Please review our placement terms or contact us if you have concerns about your driveway.
A permit can be required when a dumpster is placed in a public street or right-of-way. Customers should confirm local requirements for their placement.
Most household junk, furniture, wood, drywall, cardboard and general construction debris are accepted. Some materials—including roofing debris, heavy materials and certain appliances—may require special handling. Hazardous chemicals, wet paint, propane tanks, asbestos and batteries are not allowed.
Shingles require the current roofing/heavy material pricing and weight rules; have the customer confirm before booking.
